Not one time has anyone picked up the phone since opening here poor customer service
Staff didn't want to get off chairs to take my order. Rather visit with each other and eat pizza.
First, the food was good. Customer service was undeniably worse I have ever experienced. I arrived at drive thru window. A staff member looked at me and kept working without acknowledging meA second staff member came the back. He looked at me parked at the drive thru window and turned his head. The two carried a conversation between themselves without coming to window or even a wave or nod to me. Every few minutes one of them would look towards the drive window where I remained, waiting for my online order. After about 15 minutes employee number two came and ask what I wanted. I took him I had order a Philly steak sandwich online. He then told me It was coming out the oven. Another 15 minutes went by and a delivery driver (a lady) immediately came to the window and asked if she could help meI told I was waiting for my online order of Philly sandwich. She asked the two guys about it and found out the sandwich was just put in the oven. I told her how long I had been waiting and apologized. Finally, the lady brought my sandwich to the window and apologized again.I worked food services for 50 years. I understand sometimes things can get a little rough. Bit to totally ignore a customer is unacceptable. Even if I had to wait I would have been satisfied with a simple walk to the window, acknowledge me, tell me it would be a little longer than expected. But to purposely ignore me is unacceptable. I will not be visiting Domino's in Ville Platte again.
Will not be returning to this location. Made an online order and called in 5 mins later trying to add to my order and was told it would be an extra hour and a half to do so. Didn't have change upon picking my order up so I had to go elsewhere to get change before receiving my order. Poor management, and food was cold when i got it.
