We know that it is now difficult to find qualified staff in the restoration. But rapid training in the basic principles of the trade would solve the problem of waiting, often pointed to the finger in the comments. Indeed, we waited a bit but the staff was pleasant. However, don't forget that you are in a high-end environment so quickly replace these dried plates that give a neglected look.
