Beautifully delicious all these dishes and desserts. The idea of the tapas plate is very original and so friendly. Really a step not to miss!!! I guess the new restaurant will also be on top but I don't doubt it. I am absolutely comforted in the heart I had when I saw Quentin and Noémie on M6 with the culinary critic Régis Gaudry.

It's over there the restaurant l'Univers is closed....The renowned chef discovered on TV will rebound in 2022 to a new business in a small village next to Villefranche de Rouergue where he wants to install his new gastronomic restaurant on the edge of a small lake

The formula has changed but the quality and originality are always there. Merit the detour! We'll be back.
