Le Terminus - Villeneuve-sur-Lot

Hallo enters the cash for a coffee early in the morning, I ask for a coffee and I wait 5 minutes to receive it, but only 2 minutes after which I was asked to pay. the background sound was perfect because I had the change to scream the owner to her hired, as if I wasn't there. I understand the fact that it was early in the morning, but pretend that customers weren't sitting and screaming at the employee too much. I recommend this place not for an early breakfast, they first checked the respect of cts and coworkers first.

Traveling in France and ran into this restaurant; it was great; the food was great, the service great, and it was exceptional value; only criticism was atmosphere was average; are considering returning before we leave

We had booked a dinner in a hotel on the street of this restaurant, but when we arrived we were a little worried because the hotel actually had no restaurant. we don't have to worry. we were quickly told that the meal was actually in le terminus. directly on the road. we had a meal of 3 curses and it was fabulously worth it. the receptionist in the hotel had told us that we are told before each cursor what we will get, but if we really don't like to say anything, just to say, and we would be offered an alternative. we have not chosen alternatives, since eating was excellent, like the service. the wee was served in a carafe and was once again excellent. water and broth were abundant. that was a budget menu, but I can honestly say that it was better than some for which we paid the price three times. we would definitely be using again if we were in the opposite.

We didn't choose any alternatives as the food was excellent as was the service. The wine was served in a carafe and was again, excellent value. Water and bread were plentiful.This was a budget meal but I can honestly say that it was better than some that we've paid three times the price for. Would definitely use again if we were in the area.

This Hotel/restaurant is tucked away from the main tourist areas in Villeneuve Sur Lot, by the old railway station in a little leafy square away from the hubbub. With a plat de jour menu costing only 14.90 euros including 3 courses and wine, it is much cheaper than the touristy main street places...and my word the quality and presentation of food here just knocks the competition into a cocked hat! Sure, they do not speak English, but they are friendly, helpful and with a covered terrace overlooking the quiet square, is ideal for smokers. The second time my wife and I went, indulged in the a la carte menu (19 euros each for entree and main course) and certainly were not disappointed. Quail with foie gras for me and salmon tartar for the better half, as starters; michelin presentation and so tasty. We both had the steak pave as mains; beautifully cooked with double cooked chips with skins on; heaven! Did not have room for puds. Total bill including 2 kirs and litre of red came to 61.80 euros, great value for Villeneuve. As a sub note, you have to visit the loos, Never judge a book by its cover!
