Special mention to the raspberry crescent! But the cleaning cake and the brioche are excellent.

Piece and wedding cake for our wedding, good and beautiful cakes despite the fact that we agreed for a naked cake and that I had the surprise on the day of a wedding cake with sugar paste... and bad surprise when impossible to put the cakes in the fridge because the support plates do not pass in a classic size fridge! (your dimensions are to be revisited) so it was time to have a good hot blow, I admit to be a can disappointed...
