We came spontaneously as a larger group and although the restaurant was quite full, they pushed tables together for us and created a place for 8 people. We had to wait longer for the service. The food came only after one and a half hours. Was very delicious! The salad has a tasty sauce and the sweet potato pommes are pink outside and still soft inside.

One of the best restaurants in Baden Württemberg. Great hostess and wonderful food. You rarely find such nice employees. The Corona measures are all exemplary implemented and you feel very safe. A large wine card leaves nothing to be desired and you always get an expert answer. Very recommended.

We were at the restaurant on Friday night. Only a few tables were occupied. The staff was friendly, the carving was very good and with great safety from the pan! The rust roast was exceptionally good, one of the best rust roasts I have eaten so far! Price performance is absolutely fine! I would come back alone because of the rust roast:

Very friendly and accommodating staff! We have been visiting the Cafe Restaurant VAU for years and can say that the ambience, the staff and the food is excellent. Because of this, we often carry out business food there and give corresponding vouchers to our estimated customers. This now has to be a forced closure due to Corona, meets us as a happy customer of the restaurant very much! May you open again soon!!!
