Really good food and nice staff! Unfortunately not all vegan options were available, but I am very happy they think of people who not only suffer from celiac disease, but also others.

My opinion like cooking 3s that the local has a perfect cuisine an incredible flavor a care and respect for raw materials and all 100% free gluten is perfect to serve well hot and have a very warm and quiet environment that forgets that you are in full 15 north.

Excellent attention, food and very rich prices a little high (pizza mediana 8500, sushi between 5500 and 6500, does not order the juice because it costs 2800 and is less than 300mL).

Amazing to find this restaurant where EVERYTHING is gluten free! (also nice that they have menus in English and in Spanish . Lovely to begin with warm GF bread and pebre although it would have been nice to get more than two tiny pieces of bread. On my first visit, I tried pizza. The crust of the pizza was nicely crunchy on the bottom and had some herbs cooked in. I wouldn 't call it a thin crust, but it wasn 't thick, either. It was dense enough so that I could pick up a slice with my hand and it didn 't droop at all. I would rate it in the top 25% of restaurant GF pizza crusts I have tried. For toppings, I selected ham, mushrooms and onions, all of which are sprinkled on top of a standard tomato sauce and melted cheese. I was pleasantly surprised at the abundance of toppings and everything was very fresh. Next time I will ask them to leave off the standard cheese (the completely tasteless Chilean queso mantecoso and select as one of the extra ingredients the mozzarella. My husband 's ravioli was stuffed with ham and cheese and covered in a very good tomato sauce with mushrooms. It was quite good but seemed like a small portion. We will definitely be back to try more of their offerings.
