I ordered online and when I pulled up the woman on the headset asked if I was going to use my mobile app (she did not seem happy at all). I said yes as I placed an online order and gave her my name (every other place never required a code for a mobile order pickup so I thought my name would just work) then the woman asked for the code again. I was confused so I had to reopen my app and halfway throughout me giving the code, she cuts me off in a rude tone and asked if it was for (my name). I said “I’m sorry? Because I couldn’t hear her as I was giving her the code before she cut me off. She then repeated my name with the most rude tone I’ve heard from fast food. I told her yes and I pulled up to the second window. No hello or anything. Opens the window gives me my food and said thank you in the most unenthusiastic way possible. I get home there’s a clump of hair in my caramel frappe (brown hair, I have black hair) and all the lettuce and pickles were only put on one side of my burger. Easily the worst fast food experience I’ve ever seen and I work fast food service for another chain and I would never have treated any of my customers that way.
Like most days its a hit or miss. Food was not hot.
I found a long blonde hair in my fries. (I am a brunette. I didn’t notice until I was driving away. They are always rude when I go there, and I’d say the hair in my food is a health concern. Those with long hair never keep it tied back or in a net when preparing food, which is just lazy. Very disgusting.
Food is always old and cold, staff is very disrespectful and rude along with management. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited.
