Burger Urge Mackay is in a good central location with a nice airy but sheltered al fresco dining area. I had a "Donald Trump" burger and enjoyed it so much that I returned twice since for the same. Great service especially from the Venezuelan guy who took our order. It is also one of the few places in Mackay that actually makes an effort to provide Gluten free food, unlike 3 "steakhouses" that I tried with little success.

Great burger. Very friendly staff. I am going back to try more of their burgers. My favorites are the sweet potato chips yummy

Nothing really to rave about, burgers were sub-par at best. Might be ok for Mackay standards but really aren't all that great. The place was filthy, floors were sticky and my thong came loose because it was stuck to the floor. Tables were not wiped and we had to ask for one to be cleaned. When asked for a beer , the poor 15 year old girls out the front didn't really know which was which nor could they actually pour a beer. I hate to think how much $$ are going down the drain when these guys are busy (in the sense of wastage). Was ok for a quick bite to fill a hole, but won't be rushing back any time soon.

Went for a meal on a Friday night , order taken quickly, but that was it. 50 MINUTES later our meal arrived, and my meal was wrong so had to be sent back. As they only serve burgers the wait was unacceptable, wrong, wont be...More
