Gloria Jean's Canelands & Mount Pleasant

The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow and the waitress who served us appeared dirty and unkempt. She had dirty clothes, unclean teeth, and messy hair with large spiral ear stretchers. Customers expect their food to be served by staff who appear clean and presentable, and they also expect their food to be served in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

I always choose Gloria Jeans for my coffee and sometimes a muffin. If you're searching for a place with excellent customer service and high-quality food and drinks, this is the place to go. I suggest trying the lemon and poppy seed muffin with an iced latte - it's a delightful treat! I hope you have as enjoyable of an experience as I have had.

During our visit to Mackay, we met up with a friend at Mt Pleasant after her work for a coffee. The staff was extremely friendly, and even though they were about to close, they still had a wide variety of options available. It had been many years since I last had a coffee there, and I absolutely loved it; it was so rich and flavorful.

Nice coffee service was good also I am a quite can of coffee and usually visit somewhere else but definitely give it a go

Remembered why I usually don’t bother with this one coffee was average to say the least the blueberry muffin was dry and tasteless and clearly not fresh the service however was good nice bright happy young lady but that’s the only positive thing I could say about GJ at Mount Pleasant
