-bad management -lack of consistency -no courtesy for bad service -emotionless employees -does not represent little caesars basic hot ready standard Hot and ready doesnt apply at this location, i used to work little caesars and let me tell you, you always had to have pepperoni on hand, its not even hard to do, the employees show little to no customer service skills, dropping your order and pinging your pager just to walk away or blankly stare. Yet this location never does, ive ordered here many times and its always a 10 minute wait for 1 pepperoni, they coincidentally always have extra most bestest on hand though. They present it as though youd get it for the price of a pepperoni as a courtesy for the lack of on hand product but if you ask you see they're trying to get you to spend that extra dollar because who the hell wants to wait 10 minutes for one of the most basic pizza's they offer? Keeping an open mind, although this is bad, its the management thats to blame, honestly the employees probably dont get paid enough to care, maybe their in debt and need to cut corners all i know is the general manager and director of operations need to fix this place up. Overall one of the worst locations ive seen and ive worked little caesars for around 3 years in 4 different locations.

Owners obviously understaff this location. Little Caesars Pizza APP is often off by 45 minutes on when you can pick up your pizza. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
