Stonewood Grill Tavern - Vineyards

Have eaten at Stonewood several times and the food/service was fine for a chain. Very disappointed this time and WILL NOT return. They now take reservations so I made one for 7:00. Our entire party was there and arrived on time but we were given a beeper and told they were running late . After 15 minutes I checked back and we were still third on the list after a party with reservations and a walk in that, according to the hostess, had been waiting forever. My question is, why take reservations if you don 't honor them? At least be honest and call it a call ahead!

We asked our server for an opinion about our possible choices and ordered based on that. It was obviously a mistake because we ordered several different things and none of them was good. It looked like a nice place and we had high expectations but it really isn't worth returning. Unfortunately we will not give it another chance.

Our friends took us to Stonewood for the great food and desserts. We enjoyed everything and wanted to go back but ran out of time. This is a GREAT restaurant!

I looked at different Restaurants on the internet and because of a couple positive reviews decided to go to Stonewood. The experience was better than I expected. Tony our server was very personable and gave excellent recommendations. When the bill came it was less than I thought it would be. But, that wasn 't the reason that I was happily surprised. The atmosphere, food and service were what made the experience worth while. To Tony and the staff I sincerely say THANK YOU .

Huge menu. Awesome fish and meat dishes, ranging from basic to gourmet. Great service and delicious food! Chef's special creations were VERY tasty!
