Indian Tandoori - Virginia

Tried to order online for delivery. They have on their website that they only deliver in town. The cancelled the order, and said we are not in town. We are, our address in the same town they are practicing, and not even 3 minutes drive from their premises. This was the second time they did not accept our order. So we went to their competition who was more than willing to deliver us a delicious meal.

We got a very friendly welcome to this restaurant by both wait staff. Seated at a very comfortable table. The food was absolutely gorgeous, so flavourful, I had Chicken Dansak it was divine, my husband had Lamb Karahi he loved it. The started was a tandoori mix also lovely. The highlight of the meal was the Peshwari nan. The best I've ever tasted after eating in a lot of countries. Service was excellent and good served hot. This restaurant is lovely and bright, the toilets are immaculately clean. I cannot recommend Indian Tandoori high enough.

We were more than satisfied, with the service, the cleanliness, the staff, the price, and the food surpassed any and all our expectations. The portions were generous, and above all very tasty. The vegetable korma was abundant with lots of fresh, wholesome delicious vegetables and the sauce was superb. We had a really enjoyable meal, and would heartily recommend.

Food is absolutely brillaint , very reasonable . Service very good . Would recommend as food is freshly cooked and there is no problem asking for ingredients etc

The food was very nice, slightly cold but very tastey. The service was absolutely shocking waited 40 mins for menus and spent three hours in the restaurant. Constantly had to ask the waiters for refills etc which took an abnormal amount of time. Keeping in mind it was a busy night but still no excuse for the lack of service.
