Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Very disappointed! I tried doing an order online with the app but every time it wouldn’t load it into my cart, kept saying error. So I called the order in and picked it up. I was told she just needed my phone number to add my points but then said I didn’t have an account showing! I’ve had it over 8 years! The food was not up to Cracker Barrel’s standard, not as tasty as usual. Meatloaf was dried out and the fried chicken piece was soggy. Overall wasn’t a good experience this time.

My chicken strips on our meal was dry and hard on both meals. I would rather wait 5 minutes for fresh food rather than you rush food to me. We don’t eat out much but on special occasions and my girls love Cracker Barrel, but they even said they are not sure about the food anymore.

We ordered chicken tenders and pot pie with a side of grits. Everything was good but the grits were lumpy.

Very good breakfast. Avoid the $5 to go m eal special, those sucked! The meal and service sucked today.
