No stars. Had lunch there today and went to pay with a $50 gift certificate given by my daughter and son-in-law last Christmas. Had not been to a First Watch in over a year. The cashier had a hard time processing the certificate and asked some man who I think was the manager to help. He called the number on the certificate and an automated massage stated the certificate was used in March 2023. No more discussion. I tried to tell him it was not used at all but he just rudely walked away. Why would I still have a $50 gift certificate if $45 had been used. It makes no sense. He basically called me a liar, without trying to determine why the automatic message said it was used. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. The manager should be ashamed of himself.

I had to ask for my omelette to be remade because it was cold. While our server was friendly, they seemed disorganized and inattentive. The bathrooms were also in poor condition and did not smell fresh. When my fiancé was asked about our experience at checkout, the staff member didn’t even respond to his comments. Given the overall experience, we won’t be returning.

We waited over an hour for our meals, while everyone else received theirs before us. I ordered Eggs Benedict, but they clearly didn't understand what that meant. The first attempt had arugula piled on top, and when I sent it back, they returned it with boiled eggs instead. I recommend choosing a different place to save your time and money.

1st visit! Really enjoyed food and atmosphere and will return.Million Dollar bacon is over-rated, ours took forever to come out, was under-cooked (some like it that way) and on the cold side of warm.I wasn't paying so not my place to complain.
