Jon Smith Subs - Virginia Beach

My new favorite sandwich shop. Employees are all very friendly, food is fresh and very clean inside.

Went in with 20 mins to spare before closing. Was craving a Philly. The guys were awesome got right on it had me out of there in under 15 min. I wanted to say that the customer service was on point. I don't have a Philly steak place in VB. THEY WERE CHEERFUL, FRIENDLY AND PRETTY AWESOME. I'M incidentally they both seem to have a connection to Philly besides working here. Which is cool. I used to be a secret in college and I have to say that it's been traumatic finding good CS IN THE LAST 10 YRS. Most places the people are surly and have the personality of Squidward. So go Jon Smith Subs! Btw fries were amazing! Definitely gonna try the authentic Italian next. Can't give pic cuz I ate it too fast!

I have been looking for a great Italian sub, and theirs was average. Clean restaurant. I'm sure other sandwiches would be fine, but I'm in search of a flavorful Italian like I grew up with.

5 minutes before closing on the day before Thanksgiving and they still took my order . I can't say enough about this place. Never disappoints...

I wish I could post a pic here!! I ordered the biggest steak bomb. The one that's at the very top of the menu. When I got home and opened the bag, I found a long bun with less than a half inch of meat and other toppings. I felt like going back throwing it across the counter!!!! I was pissed!!!! I have pics if anyone cares. The pics on the web site are totally staged. I saw a pic of the one I ordered and I can tell you!!!!! What is seen in that pic could have made 4,FOUR, of the ridiculous thing I was given.!!!!!
