Mcdonald's - Virginia Beach

I ordered a ten-piece meal. The service was very slow, taking almost 30 minutes to receive my food. The food was cold and unappetizing. All of the counters and tabletops were sticky. The drink station appeared to have not been cleaned in months and there was trash scattered everywhere. I would not recommend this place.

Faster service than I left. our food was right. the teenager in register was polite and friendly. the interior was also clean. much better than previous workers.

Breakfast cooked to the best that a mcadees can do. hash browns crispy not greasy, i perfectly cooked, not over, and the muffins were crispy at the edges, and beautifully roasted.

We stopped here yesterday and came in to eat with our three small children, which we rarely do as family together, but the air conditioning in our car has not worked unexpectedly shortly before arriving there, so the only possibility was to eat in the lobby naturally. the manager dwayne immediately offered to help me in the register and take my order before I even made it a kiosk, which was very nice that I never ever happened when I order it in a mcdonald’s from me. children and their father sat all on a table, but so I thought that was very helpful. then he was very polite, he had no problem at all, and even offered to share one of the mcflurries in three tassen small tassen to give the children when I asked to get three of their smallest tassen which I had planned to split it even after the order. again only friendly offer to go beyond and beyond. I couldn't believe it. that was the best customer service experience I ever had at mcdonald. I was very impressed. eating was also very good and we have it very fast that he also brought it to the table. with the heat and everything I almost forgot to leave a review as I intended to get his name before leaving yesterday, so I am so glad that I remembered today. Whenever I have a very good experience somewhere, it is really important to leave a review to help others have good experiences, because unfortunately I often have much more bad experiences with customer service then good today, regardless of where I go. but also like to leave reviews for really bad experiences, because we all help each other by doing so if they are to mcdonald’s honest in virginia beach or near there, even if they need to drive a little further, I would recommend going here, especially if he is in service. many thanks for their excellent customer service!

Fair offers when they use their app. the prices are quite high, but with most competitive I think. usually quite fast. I'd rather go in and pick up, but on the morning the dining room was closed several times, I'd take on the personal. I recommend them for a quick breakfast or if they are in a hurry or lunch / dinner.
