The lady in front is rude they will hang up on you if you call. Go to the Rican chef down the road foods better and the people are way nicer

The food is a bit overpriced . The restaurant appearance is outdated ,and the staff is not proffessional and lack the skills to keep customers satisfied.

Great atmosphere great service . I ordered a shrimp empanada it was so good , then I ordered Churassco with yucca alijo OMG . It was cooked to perfection . For dessert I ordered coconut flan . I also ordered a passion fruit mojito . I really enjoyed the food . Customer service was great . I highly recommend El Rincon Tropical . The owner informed us that they would have a DJ that evening . We went back that evening music was great . Thank you for a great experience and great food .

We just had one of the best dinners experiences ever! From pre-dinner cocktails to appetizers to dinner to dessert to after dinner drinks to coffee to shots.......service, food and drinks were absolutely the best ever. Cannot wait to go back. I think we found our new hangout!
