This has quickly become my something my husband and I do several times a month. We ride our bikes over and shop for some things and have a few things that we love to get every week or so.We grab a coffee nearby, shop, listen to some music across the street at the Eco mart and enjoy the vintage market once a month as well. There are some seriously talented vendors here selling their wares to include floral, tea, buns, ice cream, a butcher, plants and succulents, tons of fresh veggies, and various other items that rotate from week to week.It is small and feels intimate and can sometimes be very crowded and sell out quick but sometimes not, so give it a shot. Usually a few food trucks are out front and you can always stop and support one of the local businesses like Java Surf, BadAss Coffee, Three Ships or Pink Dingy.
Good place to meet the peeps of VA bch and support local folk, dogs love it too
This is one of my favorite things to do on Saturdays! One of my favorite booths is Rome With Love they have the BEST olive feta bread. The cheddar jalapeño pretzels from Staz a licious Bakery are SO good for sandwiches. You won’t be disappointed by anything from either of these two places. I also bought a gorgeous crystal (rainbow fluorite) from a very nice seller in the grassy area.
It was fun visiting Farmers Market. It's my first time coming here, and we enjoyed every vendor they have to offer. They had fresh vegetables, healthy pies, and baked goods, plants, organic vinegar, and oil, I love the organic soap for men. I bought six different flavor soaps for my son and husband. They even have doggie treats for the furbabies. We got there late and didn't have enough time to visit all the vendors. But I would love to stop by again the next time we fly to Virginia.
