However, that wasn't the case here! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I felt truly cared for as soon as I walked in. When I was unsure about my order, they were more than happy to offer helpful recommendations. I was so impressed by the excellent service that I decided to do something I’ve never done before: leave my very first Google review. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
This place is truly outstanding for a fast food restaurant. I have visited multiple times, and the food is consistently served hot and of good quality. The restaurant is also very clean, and it has a lovely ambiance.
Update: After repeatedly asking for the correct order multiple times following a refund, the manager still didn't process it correctly. I only received a partial refund for everything I was charged, including an excessive food tax. It's frustrating, and I’ve decided I won’t be returning to this location. I recommend double-checking your bag before leaving, and always ask for sauces, as they don’t always include them. Also, make sure to inquire about whether the food is fresh or how long it has been sitting.
I saw a product sweet fire chicken, it looked good, but I wanted to try a sample before buying if it was too sharp, I didn't want to stick with something I didn't like. Dylan told me they wouldn't let samples in this place. So basically, if I wanted to try something new, I had to buy it and I didn't believe I was obliged to buy another food. I know for a fact that other locations like to allow customers to buy a product they consider. I think it is absolutely terrible customer service and will never again be here because of the rude staff here Dylan!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. The staff forgot my vegetable spring roll that I preordered and paid for. When I called back to tell them it was missing they refused to replace it. I had to jump through hoops to get this issue resolved and still didn?t even get my rolls. Customer service was absolutely terrible. No apologizes or responsibility for forgetting part of my order and told me it was in the bag when it absolutely was not in the bag. I just wanted my damn spring rolls.
