Service is extremely SLOV. Staff try to ignore you if you have long waited to avoid conflicts. It's pretty sad, because the food is pretty good.
1. for portion size and over all quality of food 2. for the effort of staff and attention to guests and cleanliness. 3. for the topicality of the staff. They try to meet guests with fresh hot or least warm food. 4. For language liquidity, they have to help both Spanish and English-speaking employees whoever needs the language. Sad I will hold back the last star as the decor and ambience are on the low side and that is a TV exclusively for Spanish content. However, I would recommend if your papusa lover as they are made generous.
FOOD WAS AMAZING! We were a table of 5 people. The service was good and very attentive. It is a small location it is a seat restaurant and they bring you a menu and take your beverage order they also serve chips and salsa when you ask. The servers and probably family members of the owners. Witch, I love such places. We did. Tacos -de asada, Pastor and Carnitas. And pupusas- revuelta, loroko and clear cheese. Everything was so delicious, hot and very fast arrived. We ordered bottled drinks, but I also ordered horchata witch we amazingly too. The food tho was soooo good we even ordered to go to warm food in our room when we were hungry later. So don't depend on all 1star reviews. Great place to get some bombs and tacos. They also had empanadas de plátano and nuegados!
Husband and I were looking for authentic Hispanic dishes in the area. We went in and we didn't even greet. Wait 10 minutes to sit even though they had plenty of space. As soon as we set ourselves, the server got our beverage order, went and picked up our water and took our order. She (and the other workers) ignored us for an hour until our food came. The server that bought us drinks didn't even stop and ask if we need anything. While we were ignored, MANY observed other Spanish speaking families coming and being served before us. Being in this restaurant made me very uncomfortable. The staff made it clear that we were not welcome because we do not speak their language or share the same ethnicity. Our food was not complicated.. Faijtas and carne asada tacos. My husband only received 2 tortillas 10 minutes after he got his Fajitas. No one asked if we needed anything, so he didn't even give the opportunity to ask more. I did not ask any Zilantro, even repeated me 3x to let her understand that I did not want cilantro and it came covered. (Photo below is an example of 1/4 tacos. Despite the spices, the food really tasted wonderful.. I wish the service was better. My husband and I will not recommend this restaurant to everyone, nor will we return to this facility.
My husband and I came for quick dinner and stumbled on this good rated place. We walked in and the music was so loud the person inside didn?t see hear or see us come in. The place is advertised to close at 9- and a few mins after we were standing there she said they are closed. Their open sign is still on and hours are stated to be until 9.
