Beware! Don 't go here between 2 3 pm on Sunday. Walked in at 1:55 Brunch menu said ends at 2. Hostess said we could still get brunch. Got brunch menus. Server said no brunch. Last call was at 1:45. Really?!? So we got lunch. Oh, and then two of the potato sides were not available til 4 but the server said 3 and the dinner special isn 't available until 5. Now to the food... Crab cakes were mediocre at best. Not a lot of seasoning. Not moist but not terribly dry. Burger was fine, but it 's a burger, so hard to really mess up. The only bright point was that the sweet potato fries were good (but cost extra . Oh, and if you want bread, yeah, that 's extra too. Overall, too many rules and false advertising (if we had made it to brunch the Sunday special wasn 't even breakfast sliders but some lobster taocs that again stopped at 1:45 not 2. Much to our chagrin we discovered we were 400 ft. away from a much higher rated restaurant. Live and learn.
The broiled seafood combo was over cooked, and had almost no flavor.
Awesome location and great customer service. Located on Rudee’s Inlet Marina with waterfront views. Rudee’s is one of my go to restaurants. The seafood is delicious! When I dine in the Seafood Combo is my go to meal. I usually eat the Rudee Burger at the Cabana Bar which is fun and relaxing on mild weather days around 70 degrees. Located on Mediterranean Avenue in Virginia Beach. The food is excellent and I often recommend Rudee’s.
Great breakfast, great food and service period! One of the best Rudee inlet spots and who can forget their gluten-free oysters Rockefeller!
