Stopped by this hidden gem for coffee and breakfast. From the outside it looks like a regular farm house you would see while driving the twisty roads of Princess Anne. On the inside, it's a cozy boho B&B (without the bed). It offers open seating pretty much anywhere on the property, you pick your experience. The coffee was heavenly! This charming and quirky house has been transformed into a delightful cafe, featuring several rooms that have been converted into cozy seating areas for customers. It's definitely a must-visit spot and likely the coolest coffee shop in Virginia Beach, with delicious food and drinks to match. According to my local guide, we got quite lucky with the chilly, overcast weather that morning; otherwise, we would have faced long wait times for our drinks and meals. On the plus side, it’s a truly small, locally-owned establishment.

I ended up here after the other two restaurants we tried were either closed or too crowded—and I’m so glad it turned out this way! It’s a lovely spot with really fresh and delicious food. I’m a huge fan of lavender, so I was thrilled to see they offered a lavender latte, which was fantastic. I ordered the BLT because I’m a big fan of them, and it turned out to be one of the best I’ve ever had.

I had some fresh, delicious homemade pressed orange juice along with a Peach Honey Latte. The cozy, vintage rooms with an 1800s Colonial style provide a great space to gather with friends and family while enjoying a warm, homemade bagel. The atmosphere is really friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I'm absolutely loving it!
