It was the moistness of the fish and I have to give David a lot of kudos. My mother and I were there twice on two different weekends and his service is nothing less than five star. I think that is the best fish sandwich I have ever had in my life and the night before I had a fish sandwich at another restaurant absolutely no comparison at all. I will 100% make a point to come by the restaurant for their great service and great food. Every time I come to Virginia Beach there’s no way I could not come back there.
Went here for lunch on our way up the boardwalk after a visit to the fishing pier. Outdoor seating was pleasant, with a nice view of the ocean and plenty of shade.Fish sandwich was fried flounder tender and delicious. Seared tuna and chicken salad were also very good. Service was very good, too.Wheelchair accessibility: We had a wheelchair and needed to enter through the hotel lobby.
Stopped in for a bite before a beach concert. They were friendly and inviting. They also were attentive. The food came out hot and the drinks were delicious.
Beach pricing brings everything down. No draft beer doesn't help either. But the woman who took our order was extremely friendly and that counts for a lot. The place is really just a beach side hole-in-the-wall type of place. We got a buffalo chicken sandwich with fries and a Sea Salt Burger. Flavor could have been stronger on the buffalo sandwich. Condiments came in plastic containers. Diet Pepsi and a club soda was $7. Not something I would make a point to go to, but the staff are very friendly and that makes all the difference.
The food was delicious and the waiter owner were very friendly! We needed to find a restaurant quick for lunch and this ended up being a great choice.
