Sonoma Wine Bistro Virginia Beach

We had an incredible experience celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary! The service was exceptional and couldn’t have been better. Thank you for making our evening so special! We will definitely be returning!

The prices were too high for what we ordered. My salmon was decent, but the portion was a bit small. My husband’s lamb chops, priced at $37, were a complete disappointment. Even I could tell from his plate that they didn’t stand out in any way, not even in terms of seasoning. There was just a small portion of polenta or grits and a few vegetables on the side. Sonoma used to be one of our favorite places to visit, but now it’s half the size and hardly busy at all. We won’t be returning for dinner.

An exceptionally elegant venue with outstanding service. The food was incredible, and there was a vast selection of wines available. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent meal and service but very, very noisy! Eating outside would have been preferable because the noise level inside was very distracting. Restaurant should find some ways to soften the sound because the noise bounces off all the hard surfaces.
