Contribuisci feedbackThe staff at this restaurant is exceptional and very skilled at their work. However, I have a major complaint - it is always freezing cold inside. Whether it is winter, summer, spring, or fall, the air conditioning is always on full blast. One morning, when it was 36 degrees outside, there was no heat on inside. I couldn't even enjoy my latte because I was shaking from how cold it was. I contacted the District Manager and was told they would adjust the thermostat, but I have not seen any change. It doesn't make sense for a coffee shop to be freezing cold during the winter months.
I'm so happy we decided to eat at this restaurant! It was very convenient to use the app for reservations.
We visited during a busy time, but waiting 40 minutes for a cup of coffee is not acceptable. It appears that the restaurant may be severely understaffed. The service did not feel adequate.
I’ll start off that going in person or through the drive through is a generally great experience. However mobile ordering is really hit or miss. Not sure but my past two mobile orders that were picked up by my husband (he’s not a Starbucks person so he doesn’t exactly know what drinks are supposed to look like) were completely off or just wrong. This one is a vanilla crème Frappuccino. There’s supposed to be whipped cream and an actual spout lid for a straw. I had no modifications. Also ordered oatmeal and did not get the toppings I ordered. If I didn’t live 15 minutes away I’d have gone back myself.
This is the worst Starbucks in Hampton Roads. I always order drinks with no ice, and they add water instead of coconut milk. I have complained about it and they continue doing it. This is the only Starbucks they do that.
