Wendy's - Virginia Beach

I ordered a baked potato with sour cream through the drive-thru. The cashier who took my money was also the same person preparing, or struggling with, my food. There were two other women and a man present - one taking drive-thru orders, another possibly the manager, and maybe the cook. I'm not entirely sure, but they were all watching as the girl struggled with my potato, eventually having to transfer it to another container. Another woman then grabbed the container and placed it in a bag to hand to me. When I inquired about the sour cream, the girl immediately responded, "You didn't ask." I was disgusted to realize that the same person who handled my money was the one preparing my food. Where is the hygiene regulation authority? The rudeness displayed because they didn't hear my request for sour cream was just unbelievable. The customer service was awful. I didn't bother speaking to the manager because I'm convinced it was one of the individuals standing there watching the girl struggle with my food. It was an overall unpleasant experience.

The food was served promptly and was piping hot and delicious. This is the best Wendy's I have ever been to.

RUDE NIGHT CREW especially the black guy with the low cut full beard. I see a young guy wiping off a drink and I asked him if that 's my drink. I couldn 't hear him because he was wearing a mask. A black guy and white guy come to the window all 3 talking to me at once which was confusing. The black guy said we can give it to you wet . He has a very nasty attitude. All because I ask the young guy was that my drink that I 'd saw him wiping off all over. The worst customer service experience I 've ever had at this Wendy 's.
