The service was outstanding, and the food exceeded my expectations.

The server was great and very polite, which is the only reason I gave this place 2 stars. We ordered sangria, a Caesar salad, a colossal meatball, eggplant parm, and a few slices of pizza. While the pizza was good, everything else was disappointing. The dressing on the Caesar salad was a vinaigrette rather than the traditional Caesar dressing we requested. The eggplant parm and the spaghetti that came with it tasted like low-quality cafeteria food. The portions were enormous, which I suspect was an attempt to compensate for the poor taste of the food. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. The sangria was overly syrupy with a flavor that was more like sweetened red wine than a traditional sangria, and the texture was so thick that it felt like drinking syrup.

The Ynot Mother's Day email stated that each mother who attends would receive a complimentary carnation and mini cannoli. Although I did receive the complimentary carnation as mentioned, there was no mention of the mini cannoli, nor did I receive one.

I really enjoy Y Not for their made-to-order chopped salads and the wide variety of fresh ingredients available. This time, I opted for double shrimp (which I requested not to be chopped) for my salad. When my salad arrived, I was taken aback to find only five shrimp and questioned whether 2 1/2 shrimp constitutes a single order. After inquiring, the waiter promptly brought me a plate with six extra shrimp to make it right. The salad is always large enough for two meals, so it's definitely a great value!

I ordered 2 slices of pizza plain and 1 small salad. I was told it would be delivered in 20 mins my lunch h is 1/2 hour, they took 45 mins the food was cold and burnt and I was $21 almost $22. I was fooled and disapointed. Never
