L'Envolee - Viry-Châtillon

This was my first experience with Turkish food and it was absolutely deliciousThe food is homemade and the family owning it is very welcoming.

My boyfriend and I came to Menekse for dinner during a recent visit to Paris, and agreed that it was easily one of the best meals we had in the city.

We ate twice in this restaurant and not disappointed! clean, dishes, very nice presentation and very tasteful! The impeccable service, a good glass wine, a good time! To discover!

We booked for 8 the evening of 13 July by insisting on the phone to be on the terrace and being confirmed that we would see the fireworks. When we arrived we were received as dogs in a keel game. The waitress, drunk, told us that it was impossible to install us on the terrace. We insisted and had a win but with tables added so no shelter and it started to rain. We were moved to another covered area but without direct view of the lake. Then we were told that anyway we would not see the fireworks of the restaurant while we came on purpose (though we were up from our places we could still see it). Then the waitress did not take the order correctly so I only had my dish after the others had finished theirs and finally the nail: that evening a unique menu of 50 €/adult and 28€/child. it had not been told to us during the reservation!!! We could still have a steack for one of the children instead of the duck and the boss gave us a commercial gesture. the entrances and dishes were good. desserts not to our taste. we will not go back and we do not recommend it.

What a disappointment! 1h15 waiting for the 1st incomplete dish with as an explanation that the kitchen no longer had the necessary ingredients! (but unindicted customer when ordering)!. 2nd dish (few tartare apples grenailles) in the scours the apples were only black and dry cranes. The dessert was right. The waitress tried to make it possible but the restaurant manager and the kitchen were totally outdated. The room had a very good occupancy rate when we arrived at 12:30 but at 3:30 p.m. many people left without eating! It was like in the tv show "cauchemar in kitchen!" damage because the room is located on the edge of the lake. Moreover the officials tried to make us believe that all these successive delays came from the waitress!!!!Address to forget for the moment.
