Chapala Grill - Visalia

I have always loved chapala and often went to her original restaurant on caldwell years ago, but had a recent experience with a waiter called johnny that I wanted to share. I met a friend and her daughter (who made a very difficult time) for dinner on a Friday night. the daughter shared her story with us and was extremely emotional. johnny came by and read the table and the mood fast. he could have easily ignored the situation, took our order and could call it good. not johnny! he told the daughter that he was sorry that she was sad that we were going through all the hard times, but we always find a way through her. He pointed out that she was blessed because she had friends to talk to them. every time he was over, he had more words of encouragement and even gave her a hug when she asked for one. she really needed this hug! that is the kind of customer service they cannot teach! johnny is a passionate person who sees and understands the worth in everyone. he offered a young woman in the crisis a sympathetic ohr and friendliness that it really needed. when I open my bar, I'm stealing johnny from you to monitor the waiting staff. He's a phenomenal man and you're lucky to have him!

First of all, the food is delicious! They serve a bean dip with their salsa and chips. The staff is very friendly. There is a great variety of dishes to choose from. We tried the chicken trout and it was different, but amazing. They also have a wide selection of beverages. I highly recommend this restaurant. Plus, they make their own tortillas which were very refreshing.

This restaurant is fantastic, offering excellent food and personalized service. The owners treat their customers like family, and the menu and atmosphere are top-notch. Chapala Grill is one of the top Mexican restaurants in Visalia. The restaurant is beautiful and clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is attentive and courteous. I visited for taquizas on Saturday and brunch on Sunday, and I can't get enough! Thank you, friends!
