Kaen Na Ramen Sushi - Visalia

I’m so disappointed in this place! After years of this being the go to for my husband and I on date nights we are done. We showed up for dinner @7:50, they close at 8:30. I thought they might turn us away but had us write our name and number down reassuring us they would call when a table opened up. We waited outside with our toddler as table after table opened up. I finally went in to ask if we would be seated soon and was told they called us twice but it went straight to voicemail. A couple who had signed in right before us walked in behind us and was told the exact same lie. If they didn’t want to serve any other tables they could have said that and I would have understood but to have us stand around for 40 minutes and then try to blame us for not getting seated is ridiculous.Not the first time we have been disappointed here recently. Not sure what has happened to this place but it appears to be going down hill.

Food is delicious, servings are in big quantity as well as the servers are very attentive to customers need . I highly recommend this amazing restaurant to everyone.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian ramen available.Parking: A lot of available parking near the restaurant.

10/10 will DEFINITELY be coming back. Clean place, AMAZING food and really good customer service. The whole staff was nice. COME HERE FOR GOOD FOOD!

The food was piping hot which I appreciate, however my ramen was all clumped together and stuck. The yellowtail collar tasted a little different from the ones I'm used to eating. Overall good!
