Port Of Subs - Visalia

I ran a sub shop and we never closed early. I called this place before closing and no one wanted to answer the phone. That is a bad business practice. I just wanted to know why my debit has not been credited at the bank. It has been 3 days now. They will never get my business again. Id rather go to Jimmy Johns where they are polite and make full and neat subs.

Randomly stopped by on our way into town. Service was great (kind, friendly), place is clean, prices are fair. Got a side salad of macaroni salad. Bread is soft/fresh. Hubby got #15 (salami, pepperoni and provolone) and enjoyed it. Would recommend!

One of my absolute favorite places for lunch. The owners are very kind, hard working and generous. They always make sure to have my favorite candies and they know me so well they know what I want to order before I even say it most of the time! Not to mention the speed, precision, and care put into each delicious sandwich. Shoutout to the Port of Subs crew keep up the great job on behalf of I and your friends at In Shape ?

I recently ordered a sandwich through door dash, however I accidentally left the wrong address and pressed order. I immediately cancelled the order and received a cancellation notice. After I received a cancellation notice I then received a notice saying that my sandwich had been confirmed. Because of this, DoorDash would only give me 3 dollars of my order back, as Port of Sub had already taken my money. I drove to the store and, even though they still had my money, they refused to give me a sandwich unless I paid again. I’ve been going to this port of sub for years and haven’t had any problems, so I’m honestly surprised that the owner would treat a customer this way. Thanks to them I was out almost 20 dollars, and had no food. I understand that it was initially my fault for not putting in the right address, however it could have been easily fixed by the store just making a sandwich once I arrived.
