This has been a consistent experience for me every time I order coffee! Whenever I request a splash of milk or similar adjustments, guess what happens? Plus, the baristas are incredibly friendly!

The new male employee assisting them was confused by Ashley's demand. Ashley told him to follow her instructions and became irritated when my daughter and her friend suggested that he shouldn't engage with her in that way. Additionally, my daughter's coffee was prepared with too much milk, which seemed to further upset Ashley. This was all quite ridiculous, especially since they had spent over $50 between them.

I usually love this place, I go every morning there pretty much before work, but the last two trips I had a bad experience. the girls in the window were rude and gave me dirty look when I asked for something, and I asked to use my 50% from the Tuesday cold drink goodschein and got full price. disappoint.

We all need to understand the volume of customer's both indoors and out that can cause a delay in making it a quick stop for that morning coffee or breakfast sandwich. That being said customer service has never been less than 100% at any of my daily locations and especially those awesome drive thru employees. Thank you all
