Contribuisci feedbackWe stayed at the hotel and so enjoyed the stunning views from our room. We went for the Thlassis Twin set menu which was a huge mistake. The starter was an octopus risotto which we couldn’t fault and looked forward to the rest. How wrong we were. The next course consisted of a pile of bagged salad with slimy pears and that cheese in a bread crumb you can buy from the supermarket but was cooked dry inside. Then we had some kind of soggy oily toast with onion purée and shoe leather ham on top. The main course was cod and it appears the chef picked out the part of the fish that had been malnourished and was mostly bone. This was concluded with an inedible desert. Apart from the one piece of brownie that was suspiciously like the ones you get 50 for a quid in Tesco. The baked cheesecake was cold and the cheese tasting white anaemic mousse? Slice was also inedible. Service was good but it seems this was put together very poorly.
We went to this restaurant as we were guests of the hotel in which it is located. Everything was simply perfect, from the food, the suggested wine and the staff. The quality/price ratio is unexpectedly very good. Last but not least, the restaurant is located in the 5th floor with an incredible view of the town and the bay.
Only good feedback. Great fast and friendly service. Great housewine. Good food to reasonable prices. Spectacular view over the sea. A must to return to.
La comida y el trato excelentes. Le falta quizá una zona más cómoda y con un ambiente más cálido para tomarte una copa
Fuimos a una cena con menú cerrado, ocho personas y salimos muy contentos. El menú está en la foto incluida en la reseña. Croquetas y gyozas muy ricas (aunque las segundas eran fritas, y me gustan más al vapor). La empanada de pulpo con una masa fina, con exceso de pimiento, para mí gusto. La ensalada de queso de cabra, lechuga, gambones y setas, lo mejor. El saquito de marisco (filloa rellena), muy bien, aunque me habría gustado más con un poco menos de salsa. La merluza, genial. Y el entrecot, en su punto, perfecto. A estos dos últimos platos se me olvidó hacerles fotos. La tarta de queso azul tenía poco de azul, pero el helado de frambuesa que la acompaña es impresionante. La única queja: cantidad excesiva. No pudimos con todo. De las vistas no digo nada, porque fuimos de cena, pero estuve otras veces en la cafetería y en la terraza, y para mí son de las mejores de Viveiro. Entre semana tienen menú del día.
