Great mood here! cocktail was great and the staff was helpful. the place is chic!

It had kinda rasism. The manager said it is full reservation and only bar is available, but I saw western people could have a seat.. Racism ? Or avoiding tourist ? Or Policy ?

Everything was perfect but i got a less change at the end when we paid the bill, 10rubles was not a big deal but she made a mistake and denied. Of course didnt even hear sorry, and after she said no coin! No coin to give us thats why she didnt give us back for 10rubles, we paid 10%tips for each drink and each person. Didnt even feel so much liquor in my drink either, the place looked beautiful but i heard she said 'dont back ' to me so it was one of awful episodes in vladivostok. No tips for her, blonde tied hair girl. But the guy looks a bit like an asian, he was kind.
