Dunkin' - Voluntown

On 10/29/23 around 8:25pm I went to the drive through and asked for a vanilla bean coolata blended with cinnamon sugar and the woman was so rude and refused to make it for me. Other stores have had no issue making it for me. I definitely won’t be coming back to this store purely based on how I was treated. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited inside while employee had a cigarette and she never came in . We purchased from the chuck side instead. As walking out she just sat there and smirked at us . Horrible customer service. Service: 1

The woman working on Sunday 4:55 pm 08/13/2023 refused to service because I commented on the .85 water to cleqn a stain, because I complained joking. She left us sitting at the window had time to cool down came back 5 minutes later to let us know she didn't charge and rather had denied us service. Can't seem to get coffee right. Client gets a sausage and cheese hold any bread. They don't put in the box they have instead in a sandwich wrap, and when he gets home, cheese is all stuck to paper. He likes to put it on his own wheat bread. It's close to his house, so he'll continue to go there. When I stop for him I'll go to another.
