Mi Tierra Authentic Mexican

The bathrooms need maintenance, the toilet bowl is broken and old and the napkin dispenser is broken and dirty.

We all loved our food and the staff was great. If I had one suggestion it's please stop playing bad bunny. Play more authentic Mexican music or salsa, merengue and Bachata.

The service was absolutely horrible. It took forever to be seated way too long to get service. Had to repeat myself several times for the waitress to get my order right. The pico was delicious, but that's it. The food was greasy, tasteless bland. I was with two other people, when their food came out, they decided to tell me that they don't serve steak tacos with hard shells. I had to wait 10 minutes for cold steak, warm onions raw corn tortillas. My son ordered fish. His girlfriend ordered chicken tacos. My son paid, so he took his food home, His girlfriend I left most of ours on our plates. Even the margaritas were watered down. This was definitely a bad day, so bad I would not recommend it or ever go back. My son's girlfriend is Mexican, she said it was horrible.

Just moved to Deltona and wanted to try this place for the 1st time. Went to go in a different door and the dishwasher looked at us, pointed her finger towards the entrance and loudly said Ahhhhhhhhh like if we were an animal. Not even addressing us correctly. Then, we go inside, take a seat because it says wait to be seated, and look at the menus. After 10 minutes of looking at menu and waiting to be seated, the waiter comes over and seats the people standing that just got there, not even acknowledging us. Due to the customer service, we won 't be back to even try the food.
