Tortilla soup. I couldn't eat it anymore. Best Tortilla Soup Ever
Benjamin is one of the holes in the wall restaurants you will miss when someone tells you nothing about it. I'm here today to tell you how amazing this little restaurant is. Off Fischer Road and 35 outside the loop 410 you will find a small road that leads you directly to Benjamin. A small green box like building will sit quietly on the left. When you go up the folding wooden veranda, you will be greeted with rustic wind chimes to move around. Once you open the white door, a bell will sound and you are immediately greeted by smiling faces. Booths line the wall and tables are left in another room. The smell of beans, cheese, meat and eggs through the kitchen window. You sit wherever you please and immediately a drink of your choice. The menu has a great variety, it even consists of burgers and chicken strips if you don't feel the Mexican mood. What, by the way, would be difficult not to be during sitting in this small house. Each plate is extremely oversized, so make sure you bring your self-control because you need to take some food home! The prices are good, atmosphere quiet and the taste is wonderful. You can't get better. This food is the true Mexican food not the TexMex junk you have received. This is warm and untouched. Genuine food is located in these wooden walls.
It's a cash only with good food. It's nothing special, but it's cozy and land. The prices are a little high, but you get a lot of food. Customer service is also good
I love their bean and cheese tacos! Benjamin's is just a little mom and pop, Tex-Mex restaurant. They have always been very sweet and thorough with every order the 3 years I have been eating here! High recommended!!
