Catelli - Voorhees

My daughter and I were there for Friday Happy Hour. The bar area was full and the restaurant had a nice crowd there. We ordered from the Happetizer Menu. The mini crab cakes were awesome and the burger sliders were a real treat. We decided to order from the Frugal Friday Menu after that. Nothing is over $10. Our favorites were the Eggplant Rollatine Steak Florentine. The Meatloaf was out of this world. I wish it was on the regular menu. Catelli's has great. Consistent service and the many food choices are creative. Catelli's can be enjoyed for fine dining AND also has wonderful choices if you are on a budget. My favorite place by far!

Most unromantic Valentine dinner ever. They must have over booked for the night because we waited an hour and a half past our reservation time before we even got seated. Waiting at the bar it took the bartender half an hour just to notice us. Then finally we were seated in a room right next to a group of about 15 people who were the loudest and rudest bunch. Every other word out of their mouth was a curse. The rest of the room was all couples who looked completely miserable. The food was merely ok. When we left we politely mentioned to the host the problems and she just smile and said that the manager had already been made aware of the situation. Which surprised us cause the manager never came into the room and asked them to quite down or watch the language and we never received any form of an apology. So if you enjoy waiting, rude atmosphere, ignorant staff, and food that is not worth the money then this is the place for you.

After a positive dining experience around Christmas, my fiancé and I returned to Catelli 's for what we thought would be a delightful Valentine 's Day dinner. Unfortunately, this restaurant had no concern for it 's reputation on Valentine 's Day. We were packed in the restaurant like sardines. Intimate conversation was impossible. Which is why after ordering Hanger steak aka string steak, and seafood ala vodka aka seafood vodka soup, we heard all the complaints from the surrounding tables. This food is slop , this is the worst food I have ever had at this place and I will never return to this restaurant again . After asking the bus boy to remove our food with almost the entire contents on the plate, we waited an additional 35 minutes for the check after specifically asking for it. Only after I stood and left did the waiter bring my fiancé the check. We were recently engaged and my fiancé had hope that the food and atmosphere would lend itself to the celebratory moment. It did not. That was my 6th time there and the experience was so bad that I, we will never go again.
