After a 13-hour drive from South Carolina with a very tired toddler, we ordered sandwiches online to pick up before we checked into our hotel. Load it when exhausted from the drive, we accidentally ended in the wrong place. We called to let them know that we were exactly there as they close, and we couldn't have met with a better customer service. From the friendly voices on the phone to the friendly staff we met when we arrived. These tired parents really appreciate the kindness we have been shown. Not only the friendly faces, but they made sure that we packed silverware we forgot to keep our sides cold until we are there. 10/10 recommend Primos and the great staff there! We will definitely stop there again!
