Very tasty wrapped souvlaki, the old traditional one we used to eat once. Service extremely slow when crowded, we waited over half an hour for 3 skewers. So you go before you get hungry and while you wait you can enjoy the shade of the Platanos in the large and beautiful square.

I will not be influenced by the other reviews and will tell my own experience. I agree that the portions are large and the prices are reasonable. But the chicken kontosouvli was full of bones and the meat was undercooked and tasteless. The potatoes are half-baked and uncooked and the village tiga in onion without any oil. Finally, they did not bring a receipt.

I don't know about his souvlaki, but for the first time I was served kontosovli with bones. I would only expect this from a stingy Epirotian. He even put the wing bone in. Someone tell him that kontosovli is only the tender meat, the fillet. Not the breast. , not even the wing. Maybe I should have tried his skewers. On the beautiful square of Vourgareli, under the plane trees, a very good tavern with grilled meats of the hour, good portions, good prices and polite service. Pork steak and burger which we tried very tasty and good wine , recommended.
