Fav place to be. ...a look into the city. Can come by car or walk there are alleys and stairs. Get your camera.
There is a playground for children and benches for adults. Closer to nature. Beautiful view of the town of Vratsa. Bad service but. Better take your own tea up there otherwise you will pay to drink your tea in poor quality plastic cup.
