The impressions are the most negative, the sofas are bad, the table with the beer turned over, they removed it, but they didn’t offer to replace the beer, and they said that let this be the worst episode for you. Of course, we will never come to this cafe again, but we do not advise others to do this either. At first they offered to pick up beer in glasses that could be easily spilled, that is, plastic, not glass, only then they said to pick up a snack and at that moment the table staggered and the beer spilled completely. Terrible service and value for money. Solid rating is a huge unit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On a five point scale! Spoiled mood, lost money the result of Sushifood. The customer service is terrible. We ordered a meal through the app at 10:00 for 21:40, and it stayed in "confirmed" status all day long. Suddenly, at 21:30, they canceled our order, even though we had been trying to call them all day to ask about it, and no one answered the phone. It's just awful. We will never order from them again.
I always get the feeling that the cashier doesn’t know how to treat customers well. It’s like the money goes into the register, but they still act indifferent, excuse my language. Customer service is at zero. I understand that no one likes to work, but it’s important to either find a job you enjoy or stay at home so you don’t ruin the mood for yourself and others. The food at Philadelphia has no flavor; don’t waste your money.
Terrible service, I do not recommend going here. It was my birthday, and we placed an order at 10 AM for delivery by noon when guests were arriving. The order never arrived. I called the service number, and it took me 12 tries to get someone to answer. They told me that the order had not been received and that it was better to place orders over the phone. So what’s the point of having an app? They said they could deliver it by 2 or 3 PM, but by then, it was too late. The order had been placed and confirmed through the app.
