Phở Bay Avon

This pho was a good as any I’ve been to. Despite the fact, it is in the strip mall next to Walmart, it was nicely decorated, and the staff was quite friendly. Price is reasonable too.

The Pho broth was delicious. The grilled muscles were good but they were not separated from the membrane so hard to get out of the shell. The service was lackluster.And to top it off-my daughter found a baby roach crawling on the table after we had finished dinner.… makes you wonder if it came from the food we just ate, the plates they served us on, or from the table we were sitting at…so gross!Cleanliness definitely needs to be addressed. The roach part completely ruined what would’ve been a decent dinner.

Website says they close at 9. We arrived at 840 to be told they actually close at 830.Edit: we tried to go here again. Called ahead of time to make sure they were open for dine in till 830, the guy said yes. We arrived at 820 only told be told they already closed. We called less than 10 minutes before our arrival. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE!!

Good eats. Variety to the menu so food for everyone. They even have boba smoothies. Good atmosphere. Excellent food. Very attentive staff. Great place to chill at the bar with friends, too. Patio as well.

Food was good, but be prepared to be hung up on if you have to ask one family member if they want beef, chicken or pork because they are very busy and don 't have time to wait for you to figure out your order as was said to me before I was hung up on by the male employee on the other end. Luckily when I called back a pleasant woman answered the phone, took my order, and answered my questions. When I picked up my order 20 min later they were not busy enough to warrant hanging up on a customer and 1/2 the tables were empty.
