Aurelio's Pizza Of Valparaiso

We ordered 3 pizzas for pickup and waited the time they said it would take for the to be complete. When we arrived they hadn’t started one of the pizzas. When asked why they said they “can’t” put spinach on the pizza without cheese because it would dry out. When I asked they to put the spinach on after it came out of the oven, the gentleman said 3 time “I can’t put spinach on your pizza”. We asked them to make the pizza without the spinach and when we get home we’ll put it on ourselves. They made him even madder. Customer service is so rare lately and this location is one of the worsest.

The owner Eric Spillers decided that anchovies were no longer available as a side for reasons I was not able to figure out. Now you MUST get them on the pizza. If you want them as a side you have to order a whole separate pizza with no sauce or cheese and get them cooked. Anchovies are safe straight from the can. Eric's actions make zero sense.

Do not try to pay with cash. They do not carry change and have nothing informing customers of the fact before ordering.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese on Saturday nightand when I got it home. It didn't look like a pizza, it looked like a burn victim. Cheese and pepperoni were dry and unappetizing and some of the slices were as thin as a cracker. I've had better frozen pizzas than that one. Was dissapointed because I've had your pizza before plenty of times and I know you guys can do better than this.

Absolutely ridiculous. We live about 5 miles away and a 9 minute drive yet they won't even deliver it to us. TERRIBLE buisness model!
