J&j's Pizza Shack

I feel frustrated and out of $50. It seems they only respond to issues raised immediately. Given how my complaint was handled, I've decided not to order from them again. Even Domino's offers a credit if you're dissatisfied with an order when you reach out the next day.

The food is excellent, but unfortunately, the experience is marred by the incredibly rude woman at the counter, who makes it seem like she's doing you a favor by accepting your order. She's a short, stout woman with jet black hair that appears to be self-cut, and she has the warmth of a concentration camp guard. Even when ordering over the phone, it feels as though you’re doing them a service by choosing to give them your business. While the food can be good, the unpleasant service often outweighs the positives. I've tried this place three times, and each time the food was tasty, but the service was consistently terrible. There are simply too many other pizzerias in the area that value their customers to spend any more time here. It's important to support local businesses that genuinely appreciate your time and money.

During my first visit, I enjoyed pizza, wings, and fried mushrooms, and everything was great, including the customer service. However, on my second visit yesterday, the pizza and customer service were just okay. Unfortunately, the wings and fried mushrooms were not up to par. They had a strange smell, and the taste was even worse. It seems like the fryer needs a good cleaning or the grease should be changed. I sincerely hope the management takes this into consideration. It's disappointing to feel like I wasted my money, and this experience was enough to make me think twice about returning to this location.

I ordered from here for the first time yesterday and I was impressed! The pizza and garlic bread were delicious, and the prices are quite reasonable. The delivery was quick as well. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved the stuffed crust pizzas! They're very filling, and with a large family of seven, it's the perfect combination of quality and quantity. The kids really enjoy your food as well!
