Starbucks - W St, Food Court, Moscow

It’s Starbucks, the strength of what you are getting is that you know what you are getting and you are getting it quickly.

They actually made my coffee extra hot like I ordered! Usually Starbucks coffee is Luke warm at best and when I order it extra hot it is barely warm enough. This time it was super nice and hot!

They make really good drinks. I got the Dragon Drink but they fill the WHOLE cup with ice and you only get like 5 sips of it and it's gone. It's a total rip off, and if you ask for light ice they do the same amount of ice! If you say no ice they just put more water in it, so you can't win. It's a total rip off either way. Your better to just get the blended drinks even if they're more calories, I'm very disappointed in Starbucks.

It's good but they fill half the cup with ice well the full cup? Also they are so expensive but out of all good drinks

I have gone here at least five times they've always been fairly slow. I was $0.09 short on a small coffee and the total was $2.17. The server never said hello how are you or anyting. I waited while she was working on another coffee order. She then proceeded to go back to the other coffee order finish that and come back and dumped my small coffee into a smaller cup and charge me $0.09 less than the original total of $2.17. So she wasted a cup and she wasted the coffee. One would think she would have just let it slide for $0.09 ... she seemed a bit confused.
