I love this Baskin robbin Dunkin donuts. Even if I'm gone 2 months, 3 months or even a year like I did they still remember my face, my voice and believe it or not they still remember what my order is. They always greet when anyone comes in. The morning staff Monday through Friday is always polite and fast and my food is always hot when they bag it up. I sometimes order through the app and sometimes I order it through inside Dunkin. I never wait no more than 1 through 2 minutes they have us in-and-out in no time. Great customer service thank you for doing such a great job.

Do not go here. Jipped me on my ice cream for my banana split. Ended up eating sweet slop.

This is our neighborhood Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts and it's close to our home and convenient in a strip mall on Touhy, just east of Crawford. The owner is very nice and they offer 10% cash back through Yelp. We go here when I need my ice cream fix or a yummy sugar or waffle cone. They have seats outside when the weather's nice and it gets crowded. Small parking lot can be difficult to maneuver but no complaints.
