Dunkin' - W Windsor

I got two bagels with cream cheese, three hash browns and two donuts. The BAGELS had very LITTLE cream cheese (less than a spoon) and the HASH BROWNS were literally COLD and DRIED totally very bad experience and service.

The service is quick and the items are fairly cheap. You can grab a quick treat here such as a donut and your favorite drink such as an iced coffee or a refresher.

Horrible customer service. i ordered a bagel w/ cream cheese and coffee for pick up and when i opened the bagel there was less than a spoonful of cream cheese on it. i go back into the store to ask for more since i didn’t pay for a plain bagel, and was told i’d have to pay for extra because they only use a packet. i even showed them the bagel with literally zero cream cheese on it and still the older women refused to give me some on the side till the manager came over. its really not that hard to please customers.

Every time I order a chai latte which is not supposed to have coffee in it I somehow end up with a coffee instead this is the second time this has happened.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but my experience today compelled me to do so. The building was 83 degrees inside, which caused the donuts to melt. The staff also forgot about my iced coffee order for about 20 minutes on a not so busy day. When I finally received the iced coffee, it did not have oat milk. The regular milk that staff included in the coffee appeared chunky or congealed. Overall, a very poor experience.
