Contribuisci feedbackMy friend and I placed online orders around the same time. We waited until the app said that the food was ready before making our way to the drive thru to pick it up. When we arrived, we were informed that they hadn’t even started our sandwiches. We were told by a very rude employee that they were out of all bread except so “what do you want me to do about it? you still want the sandwiches?” When I asked why we hadn’t been called to make a substitution he said that he had tried, only I don’t believe that neither my friend nor I wouldn’t receive a call or have missed a call if he really had. I chose to have him make the sandwiches, because I had no other option to feed my family. I pulled around to the drive thru window only to wait at least 10 minutes before being acknowledged. He came to the window and I asked to speak to a manager. However, I was informed by the employee that there was no manager! He said the manager had left at 2 and didn’t prep any bread. He asked me a second time if i wanted the sandwiches, which irritated me because I thought he had started them. He left to go start the order, and came back a couple minutes later to tell me they didn’t have any cookies. At that point, I was so fed up with the situation that it didn’t matter. He continued to try to make conversation about the manager and how busy he was, but didn’t seem to want to make my sandwiches very fast. He even told me that if I called for a refund, they wouldn’t give it to me. Whoever the manager was that day, they should be fired. I spend my last $40, half a workday, on a treat for my family, and the sandwiches weren’t even made correctly! I didn’t go back because I knew it wouldn’t be any better. I’m honestly just disappointed. Subway has always been our favorite treat, and now I don’t know that I’ll ever go back if this isn’t corrected. Subway, do better. Have a manager on every shift. You obviously have the money for it, you did steal mine! Still haven’t received a cookie, and I deserve compensation for this whole experience.
Very friendly ladies that day were working. Makes your visit wonderful. The subs were fantastic.
Jessica was delightful, she helped me and my kids figure out what to eat when nobody knew because we haven’t been here before and was super kind.
They dont take coupons and i busted my car driving into the lot from all the massive potholes. Literally any location is better. Great staff though!
Out of ingredients and philly cheese steak was very cold after being toasted. Likely means they put the philly meat on after toasting the bread. Spent 45 dollars on 3 philly sandwiches and a salad. Franchise owner doesn't seem to care.
